Double DBA - Batch 10,000 (2023)
Welcome to a special imperial edition of the beer that started it all for Firestone Walker: DBA. We brewed this batch at double strength, then aged it for a year in 11-year-old Old Fitzgerald wheated bourbon barrels, which enhanced DBA’s classic flavors of toffee and caramel with notes of baking spice, cocoa powder and dried fig. The result is Double DBA Batch 10k—a commemorative release that marks the 10,000th batch of beer brewed at our Paso Robles, California brewery.
Parabola (2024)
Aged for a year in 12-year Elijah Craig barrels, Parabola is always a beast of a beer. Intense flavors of black cherry, dark chocolate, vanilla, and roast coffee are accentuated with fine notes charred oak, caramel and vanilla, while the bourbon barrels impart their classic notes of toasted coconut and cocoa nibs.

Parabola is always a beast of a beer, with intense flavors of black cherry, dark chocolate, vanilla and roast coffee—yet each annual release also bears its own subtle imprint. For this latest edition, we aged the beer for a year in 12-year Elijah Craig and 11-year Henry McKenna barrels. These coveted bourbon vessels imparted signature notes of charred oak, nougat, espresso and cinnamon, taking the Parabola experience to new heights.
Anniversary XXVIII Ale (2024)
XXVIII is a rich blend that features caramel and bourbon aromas, with hints of speculoos and dark cherry. The smooth mouthfeel delivers caramel cookie flavors, enhanced by vanilla and oaky spice from rye barrels. This super-blend showcases our barrel aging expertise and collaboration with our winemaker friends.

Barrel Aged Yeti
This unique version of our monstrous Yeti Imperial Stout is aged for at least twelve months in whiskey barrels. The spirited aging process produces a hugely complex but mellowed Yeti, with its signature roasted flavors, hints of vanilla and oak, and a whiskeyed finish.
